SOILL Bootcamp 2025

The SOILL Bootcamp is an annual event launched by SOILL, created specifically for the actors driving forward Mission Soil Living Labs across Europe. Designed as a hands-on, in-person training and peer-learning experience, the Bootcamp complements the online training programme with a deep dive into high-priority topics identified by the Living Lab community.
Focus of the 2025 Edition: Stakeholder Engagement
the 2025 edition will focus on stakeholder engagement, practical strategies and real-life tools to boost co-creation efforts. Through case studies, group exercises, and facilitated discussions, the Bootcamp will explore how to identify, involve, and retain meaningful stakeholder partnerships. Participants will walk away with actionable insights and frameworks they can apply directly in their local context. This event is tailored to those directly involved in stakeholder engagement within the Mission Soil Living Labs. Participation is by invitation only.
The Bootcamp aim to engage in peer learning with fellow Living Lab practitioners from across Europe, provide practical tools and methods to enhance co-creation processes, strengthen the Living Lab’s impact and capacity for long-term success. Besides, it build cross-regional networks and collaborations.
The event is held just before the OpenLivingLab Days 2025 (OLLD25).
